45-Day Replacement Warranty
All eligible products come with a 45-day Replacement Warranty. Please note that no refunds are available for Motherboards, Power Supply Boards, SMPS, Inverter PCB Boards, T-Con Boards, or any other PCB types.
Order Instructions
When placing your order, please read and understand the product description and warranty details. Only products marked as eligible for replacement or return can follow this process. If you request a replacement, you must provide a video showing the defect.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways, even for replacements within the warranty period. T-Con Boards are not covered by warranty, so replacements or refunds are not possible for these items.
Non-Eligible Products
If the product description states that an item is not eligible for a warranty or refund, then no replacements or refunds will be provided. Products made in China, including Universal China Made Boards, are also not eligible for replacements, refunds, or warranties.
Returns for Identified Defects
If you receive a working product but have defects in your device, a 25% deduction will apply to your refund. This also applies if you order the wrong item. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items damaged during return shipment are not our responsibility, so we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method. This does not apply to China boards, T-Con boards, or Scaler PCB boards.
Non-Functional or Damaged Items
If you receive a non-functional, damaged, burnt, or incorrect product, please notify us with a video on the same day. In this case, we’ll arrange for a replacement, but no refunds will be provided.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. This amount will be included in your total purchase price.
Return Period
For eligible products, returns are accepted within 7 days if the item is unused. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
Processing Time
Please allow 1 week for your return to be processed. Discounted items are not returnable.

We cannot issue refunds for products bought through distributors or retail partners.
Return Condition
Returned items must be in original packaging and condition. We cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipment; we recommend using a trackable and insured service.
Refund Process
Refunds require proof of return delivery. We inspect all returned goods, and if an item is not in acceptable condition, we may return it to you. Burns from high voltage are not covered by warranty.
